🎰 Fiat Ducato Cruise Control Not Working
There are two ways to deactivate the cruise control while driving. The most useful way is by the driver touching the footbrake or clutch. This will immediately deactivate the system and return the car to manual control. The second way is to touch the tip of the cruise control stalk. This again will deactivate the system.
The lever itself is, but the attachment part isn't, it needed something like two hours of labor to adapt to fit the Ducato x250. A Ducato x250 lever will fit plug&play into the housing. There's another video, also in Polish, but the guy is explaining the idea of retrofitting the cruise control also for another models.
Ducato 08 reg; heater fan malfunction We came back from Croatia in October; and the heater fan was only working on setting 4. I've just come back from the local garage, who do all the work on the van now that it's out of warranty. There's good news and bad news. The regulator/speed controller is easily accessed, and only costs about £15.
Hymer A class, couldnt find the fiat external temp sensor. @justkidancient put the Fiat Ducato 2016 converters and upfitters manual into the resource section. Section 3.29 shows plug and socket Y001LA. Pin 5 is ground and pin12 is the signal. I cut the signal lead and connected a thermistor to pin 12, other leg of thermistor to ground.
4 simple screws, 2 clips and a plug to remove the dash and the cluster and off in the post. 48 hours later cluster returned fully repaired and all functioning. lifetime warranty on the work. the only downside was £150 plus postage. but better than the cost of a new cluster.

If I stop the van and the engine the wipers resume working as soon as the ignition is turned back on. Cannot detect any pattern to when/why they stop but it

Hello Folks. Coming home last night in my 08 X250 Fiat Ducato Motorhome when I went to put my cruise control on as I was on a long straight road. It didn,t come on and has not worked since. The engine management light has now came on as a result of this. It worked fine the day before.

Norfolk. Mar 19, 2011. #2. Fuel senders usually work on the principle of varying resistance as the level drops & one end of the resistance is connected to earth. If you can work out which wire is which, you could replicate full/empty deflections on the gauge by earthing/open circuiting the wire which runs to the gauge.
