2. What is the difference between the Mk2 RS flywheel and the Mk2 ST flywheel. I've got an RS clutch. No idea of what torque it will take but when I was on stage 2 I had 282 bhp / 343 lbs ft and now on stage 3 so I guess I'm still around that torque figure. The RS DMF has stronger internals to cope with the higher torque from the RS engine. Before this week is out, I will hit 21,000 miles. In those 10 months/21k miles, the car has been very reliable. I did the initial oil change at 1,500 miles and I have done it every 5,000 miles after that. Almost first mod I did on each car & well worth doing it to get rid of the massive long vague gear change on both cars!! The mk3's wasn't as bad as the 500 but it is still so much better now! Our Stage 2 software has been fully designed and calibrated to work with upgraded hardware, such as an air intake system, Intercooler and a turbo-back exhaust with high flow Catalytic Converter.
